The delivery times indicated below are indicative and may vary according to the economic context and the time of year. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Please note that orders for umbrellas with embroidery may take 1 extra day to prepare.
From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 10am (and paid for) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am are shipped the next business day.
Delivery time to the EU is approximately 4 working days. Outside the EU, you will need to add the days for customs clearance.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
