Its plain navy blue polyester canvas is trimmed with a lighter coloured sailor's stripe which contrasts with the rest of the canvas. Under the canopy, held in place by eight hardened steel ribs, is a manual opening mechanism. The whole thing is assembled on a sturdy wooden pole which, at its end, houses a beautiful painted wooden handle.
The 100 cm diameter of the canvas allows a person to be sheltered from the weather. Moreover, its height of 90 cm when folded and its 500 grams on the scale ensure that this luxurious French long umbrella is light and easy to carry.
We also recommend that you purchase a protective sleeve with your purchase. This will keep the canopy safe from dust and UV rays that could damage it. The strap allows you to hang your umbrella on your arm or on a coat rack.
