In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund.
Before returning your product, you must obtain a return authorisation.
During this period, you may return the product at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice. The product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. It must not show any signs of use or wear.
Sale items, clearance items and/or personalised items (embroidery) on the website cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any product that has been used or damaged will not be refunded.
Once the return has been approved by the after-sales service, the refund amount will be equal to the price of the product excluding delivery costs. If delivery costs were waived, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of delivery incurred by H2o Parapluies.
We will refund the user within one week using the same method used for payment.
