Each umbrella is hand-cut individually and requires the utmost care. For this range H2o Parapluies puts all its history and know-how into making a unique umbrella. Your umbrella!
It takes an average of three hours to sew and assemble a prestige umbrella. Over 80% of each umbrella is made in France.
Each model has a chouchou, a small piece of fabric fitted to the runner. Historically, this small piece of fabric was fitted to silk umbrellas to prevent the runner from filing the fabric.
The chouchou is sewn by hand before the umbrella is covered. It takes 20 minutes of meticulous work. This is the first stage in the manufacture of the prestige range.
Our prestige selection offers you a designer umbrella. It is made up of 16 to 40 pieces of fabric.
Our seamstresses will assemble two to five pieces of fabric per tip, a feat because the tension of the fabric must be identical from the base to the tip.
To finish off your umbrella, we have made a double-coated sleeve in our workshops. The dominant colour of your umbrella will be on the outside of the sleeve and the secondary colour on the inside. The cords allow you to

We take great care of your H2O umbrella when preparing your package for shipping from our workshop in Crepon, so that you will receive your umbrella in packaging chosen specifically for its size for better protection.

We recommend that you complete your basket by purchasing a sleeve to protect your umbrella from dust and UV rays. Our sleeves are fitted with shoulder straps that will allow you to walk around in complete freedom.
- Make your umbrella unique
Whether it is your name or your initials, the embroidery will sublimate your umbrella. We advise you to match your embroidery with the color of the bias for a harmonious rendering or a tone-on-tone color for a discreet rendering. If you wish, we can even choose the color for you.
